ChillX premium water chillers are built using the highest quality components, including stainless steel reservoir, 1/2" foam insulation, and custom refrigeration evaporators manufactured in-house. Every ChillX water chiller is load tested and must produce at least 110% of the BTU rating for that system -- guaranteed! Our custom evaporators are as much as 20% more efficient than any other chiller on the market today!

Hygge - Aquastat Probe Well

These probe wells are intended to protect aquastat probes from the corrosive harshness of most hydronic/water/glycol systems. These very simple devices will add many years to your aquastat probes vs. directly immersing probe ends into your reservoir or manifold system. Made primarily of copper, these wells are safe for potable water, easy to clean and care for, and provide great thermally conductivity for quick and accurate measurement of your system's water temps.

ChillX - 1/4 - 1 Ton Compact Low Temp Chillers W/ Res

Our Compact Low Temp (LT) chillers are ideal for the budget-minded user and too little space for larger equipment. These very efficient mobile chillers can be used at a wide range of operating temps (from 60F all the way down to 25F!) and are just as happy indoors as outdoors. These units spare no features and even come standard with caster wheels for easy mobility and a performance optimized microcontroller which makes efficient operation at very low temps possible. These units are packed with features and a great price too!

ChillX - 1.5 - 10 Ton Compact Commercial Extra Low Temp Chillers

Our newest line of compact commercial multi-temp (range) chillers offers a number of performance and upgradable features over our simpler compact designs. Most of all, these compact commercial units provide an efficient range of operating temps even at high ambient, and with an upgrade to R404A these units can produce a wider range of low temps as well. By default, this line of chiller includes caster wheels for greater mobility, a performance optimized micro-controller unit, and several freeze measurements for durability and long term performance ... just to name a few!

ChillX - 15-25 Ton Horizontal Dual Circuit Chillers

Our 15 to 25 Ton RTU-style Dual Circuit Chillers are the largest of our pre-packaged designs (chillers larger than 25 Ton are generally more custom, and require a consult). The most notable difference from our 7.5-12.5 Ton Horizontal units is the very large built-in reservoir and more larger footprint, intended to spread the weight of the unit over a wider area, making it our best large design for roof mounts. These units have a built-in 137-308 Gallon stainless steel reservoir with massive, "no-freeze" in-res evaporators.

ChillX - 7.5-12.5 Ton Horizontal Dual Circuit Chillers

Our 7.5 to 10 Ton Horizontal Dual Circuit Chillers are among our most efficient and most requested designs. The most notable difference from our 6 Ton Horizontal unit is the dual circuit configuration which offers redundancy as well as a dramatically better power consumption profile for users with randomized or less than maximum demand patterns. These units have a built-in 77 Gallon stainless steel reservoir with our massive, "no-freeze", in-res evaporators.

Our new ChillX Low Profile Low Temp Self-Contained Chillers are designed for users with a steady heat load demand where latent capacity (reservoir storage) is less important. These units offer a smaller reservoir than our largest commercial units, but use the exact same in-reservoir evaporators as their larger cousins. These chillers are a great price and running cost compromise without sacrificing any of the efficiencies and performance of our biggest self-contained chillers, with the advantage of a lower price point and reduced power consumption during idle times.

ChillX - 6 Ton Horizontal Chillers

Our 6 Ton Horizontal (Single Circuit) Chillers have the same small foot print as our 4&5 Ton Horizontal Chillers, stands just a few inches taller. The most notable difference in the 6 Ton Horizontal unit is the big jump to a 65 Gallon rather than the 50 Gallon built-in reservoir in the 4 & 5 Ton Horizontal units. Not only do you get an extra 1-2 ton of capacity, you also get an extra 15 Gallons! Just as with the 4 & 5 Ton Horizontal units, the 6 Ton can be upgraded with options for Low Temp, Hot Gas Recovery, Expansion Ports, Auto-Fill, and Redundant Pump.

These units are sized specifically for our ChillX and Chillking line of water chillers, and provide the best combination of affordability, reliability, and efficiency. Among the most important differentiators of these shell and tube heat exchangers, include: all-stainless welded construction, helix tubing, and large ports for maximum flow.
